Aviora Family™ Magnetic Cabinet Locks

Aviora Family™ Magnetic Cabinet Locks

The day your baby learns to open a cupboard is the day the kitchen changes. These fit inside the door, so nothing shows on the front — and the cupboard opens normally for you, with a key you keep on the fridge.

In everyday use

They go on the cupboards that matter: the one under the sink, the one with the medicines, the one with the pans. Because the mechanism sits on the inside of the door, your kitchen still looks like a kitchen — no plastic catches on the fronts, nothing to snap off, nothing to explain to a visitor. Keep the key somewhere consistent and out of reach, and opening a locked cupboard becomes a one-second habit rather than an obstacle.

Key features

Hidden inside the door
No visible hardware on the cupboard fronts, so the room is childproofed without looking childproofed.

Opened with a magnetic key
The cupboard stays shut until the key is held against it, then opens normally.

No drilling through the front
Fitted to the inside face of the door and frame.

The edit

Childproofing tends to be ugly, and ugly things get removed before they are needed. A lock that lives inside the cupboard avoids that entirely: it does the job for two or three years, and nobody who visits your kitchen ever knows it is there. That is the whole design brief, and it is the reason these are the locks that stay fitted.

Specifications

Not a substitute for supervision. Keep keys out of children's reach.

A kitchen that still looks like a kitchen. Better days. Together.
