Aviora Family™ Small Train Little Explorer Railway

Aviora Family™ Small Train Little Explorer Railway

Flexible track that bends where you want it to go. Around a chair leg, under a table, down off the edge of a rug — the layout is the game, and it changes every time it comes out of the box.

In everyday use

It is a floor toy, and it takes over floors. Your child lays a route, runs the train, finds the corner that does not work, and rebuilds it — which is most of the play. Three set sizes mean you can start small and add. It suits four to six year olds, who are old enough to plan a layout in advance and stubborn enough to keep adjusting it until it runs.

Key features

Track that bends
Flexible pieces let a route curve, climb and turn wherever the room allows.

Three set sizes
51, 81 or 123 pieces, so you can start at the size that suits and build up.

Non-magnetic
Pieces connect without magnets — nothing to lose the grip of over time.

Rebuild it every time
The layout is never the same twice, which is why it lasts far longer than a fixed track.

The edit

Fixed-shape track teaches a child to assemble somebody else's design. Flexible track asks them to make one — to work out where a curve has to start if it is going to end where they want it. That is a genuinely different activity, and it is the reason a set like this keeps being pulled out of the cupboard long after a moulded circle of track has been forgotten.
