Aviora Family™ Sienna Silicone Sippy Cup

Aviora Family™ Sienna Silicone Sippy Cup

Two handles, a soft straw, and a lid that stays shut when the cup goes over — which it will, several times a day. This is the cup for the stage between the bottle and a real glass, and it is designed around the fact that stage is messy.

In everyday use

It goes on the high chair tray, on the carpet, on a bed, in a bag. Tipped on its side it does not empty itself, and the geared lid is stiff enough that a determined toddler cannot simply unscrew it. Made entirely of silicone, it does not crack when it is dropped on a hard floor. The straw and lid come apart completely for washing, and the whole cup goes in the dishwasher, the microwave or the freezer.

Key features

Two non-slip handles
Placed for small hands, so your child holds it themselves from the first attempt.

Spill-proof lid
Tilt it and the liquid stays in. The geared design also makes the lid difficult for a toddler to open.

Easy to suck
No vent hole needed in the lid — the straw draws without leaking.

Three cups in one
Works as a straw cup, a sippy cup and an open cup, so the same cup covers the whole transition.

Silicone throughout
It does not break when dropped, and the soft straw is gentle against gums and new teeth.

Comes fully apart
Removable straw and lid, so every surface can actually be washed. Dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe.

Wide temperature range
Rated from −40°F to +446°F, for cold drinks and warm ones.

The edit

Sippy cups are usually judged at the table and abandoned at the sink. The ones that get thrown away are the ones with a sealed lid you cannot get inside. This one comes apart entirely, which is the single most important thing about it — and it does that without giving up the spill-proof seal, which is the second. Eight colours, 150 ml, and the same cup works for a first straw and a first open-cup drink.
