Aviora Family™ Little Hoops Adjustable Basketball Set

Aviora Family™ Little Hoops Adjustable Basketball Set

It starts at 4.2 feet, which is a height a five-year-old can score from. It ends at 10 feet, which is regulation. In between are about ten years of a family playing in the same driveway.

In everyday use

Fill the base with sand or water, roll it into position on the two built-in wheels, and it stays put. The height changes in minutes, so a younger child can play a real game rather than an approximation of one, and it can be raised again for whoever else is out there. It works on a driveway, in a backyard, or indoors where there is height for it, and it stays outside — the poles are anti-rust steel and the backboard is shatterproof.

Key features

4.2 ft to 10 ft
An adjustable height that covers a first attempt and a full-size game, so everybody plays on the same hoop.

A 44-inch shatterproof backboard
Full-width enough for real rebounds, and built to survive them.

Wheels in the base
Two built-in wheels, so it moves out of the way and comes back.

A weighted base
Fill with sand or water for stability during fast play.

Anti-rust steel
Steel poles and hardware made to stay outdoors.

A solid PE net
A thickened net and a shock-absorbing hoop.

The edit

Height adjustment is the whole point of a family basketball hoop. A fixed 10-foot ring means a young child never scores, and one that never goes above six feet stops being interesting the moment they can dunk on it. A 4.2-to-10-foot range means one hoop covers everyone in the house, including the adults — which is what gets it used on an ordinary evening rather than only at a party.
